The
Competition Tribunal in South Africa has granted an application by the
Competition Commission to amend its complaint referral against Corobrik (Pty)
Ltd and Bosun Structures And Precast (Pty) Ltd t/a Smartstone Kwazulu-Natal
(“Smartstone”). Here are the key points:
